Pick from a selection of beautifully appointed single rooms (queen and king) to the spacious dormitory style room with 4 twins and set of bunks.
Yoga & Meditation
All yoga & meditation practices designed to invigorate, create space for discover, and align to your authentic self. Morning & Evening yoga classes (weather permitting) on the sunny deck at the house or a short walk to the beach!
Lovingly Created Meals & Snacks
Inspired, nourishing food to delight the taste buds. Early morning pre-yoga snack, brunch/lunch, dinners and snacks included.

Guest presenters to facilitate workshops allowing an introspection into who you truly are.
Mindful Running
Learn the best ways to honor your body in beginning/continuing a running practice along the quiet paths by the Atlantic Ocean.
