Immerse yourself in a transformative, deeply relaxing restorative yoga class on Friday March 13 at 6pm. Supported restorative yoga poses, accompanied by healing vibrations will send you into a relaxation like no other. Class will be between 60-75 minutes and class size is minimal to allow a deep settle in. No refunds if unable to attend.

RED Light Therapy combined with the ultimate deep rest of Yoga Nidra Meditation will be just the reset your nervous system needs at the end of a busy week. Friday March 20th at 6pm. 20 Minutes of healing RED Light therapy followed by a led Yoga Nidra meditation while fully supported in the softest blankets, bolsters and more.

Let the healing sound vibrations 'wash' over you allowing a deep sense of relaxation and rest. We will journey through this meditation using various instruments such as crystal sound bowls, chimes, drums and more. $20 per person, no refunds if unable to attend. Class is 60 minutes and will include a led meditation to settle prior to sound healing.
