Let the healing sound vibrations 'wash' over you allowing a deep sense of relaxation and rest. We will journey through this meditation using various instruments such as crystal sound bowls, chimes, drums and more. $20 per person, no refunds if unable to attend. Class is 60 minutes and will include a led meditation to settle prior to sound healing.

RED Light Therapy combined with the ultimate deep rest of Yoga Nidra Meditation will be just the reset your nervous system needs at the end of a busy week. 20 Minutes of healing RED Light therapy followed by a led Yoga Nidra meditation while fully supported in the softest blankets, bolsters and more. Immerse yourself in a transformative, deeply relaxing restorative yoga class. Supported restorative yoga poses, accompanied by healing vibrations will send you into a relaxation like no other. Class will be between 60-75 minutes and class size is minimal to allow a deep settle in. No refunds if unable to attend.

Refund Policy at Powerful YOU Yoga:
Due to the exclusivity of the nature of events, yoga classes, retreats, etc with Powerful YOU Yoga, all sales are considered final and no refunds given if you are unable to attend. Transfer of ticket may be considered for a future event/class and will incur a fee of $10 to cover administrative time and credit card fees. 

Any and all special events & classes hosted by Powerful YOU Yoga are non-refundable if unable to attend. Tickets are only sold by Powerful YOU Yoga and are non-transferrable from another person unless Powerful YOU Yoga is involved.
