Immerse yourself in a transformative, deeply relaxing restorative yoga class. Supported restorative yoga poses, accompanied by healing vibrations will send you into a relaxation like no other. Class will be between 60-75 minutes and class size is minimal to allow a deep settle in. No refunds if unable to attend.
Let the healing sound vibrations 'wash' over you allowing a deep sense of relaxation and rest. We will journey through this meditation using various instruments such as crystal sound bowls, chimes, drums and more. $20 per person, no refunds if unable to attend.
