Studio Classes
Classes are held at Powerful YOU Yoga 175 Barnstead Road Pittsfield NH.
Welcome! I am so happy you are here! If this will be your first class, my goal is to make you feel the most comfortable at the studio. Here are some helpful hints before you arrive.
Please turn off/silence cell phones
Shoes can be left outside in entryway
Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before your first class to check in and orient yourself to the space. To maximize your experience, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to start time for all other classes
It is advisable not to eat immediately before class
No yoga mat? No worries! We have some to lend. Please be sure to wipe clean after use
All Classes are Pre-Registration due to space being limited. Class bookings close 1 hour prior to class time. A 12 hour notice to cancel is required, if I am able to fill your spot, no fee/class pass is charged. If not, a $15 fee will apply for less than 12 hour cancellation.
Inclement Weather Policy: If class will be cancelled, please check out our Facebook and/or email page 30 minutes prior to the start of class
Private Classes
Stacey is available for private classes, before work/lunch/corporate classes, and special events such as pre-wedding & bachelorette weekends. Please contact below.
