Our yoga teacher retreat day is located at the beautiful Cold Spring Farm in Alton Bay. There will be opportunities to walk the land, visit the resident horses, or just sit and take in the gorgeous views. This barn has lended it's love to many weddings and celebrations and you really do feel the magic as soon as you enter it.
The day starts off with a somatic vinyasa flow yoga class led by Catrina Gray and Stacey Morin to set a beautiful intention to gather and be with one another.
So excited to share our panel of experts!!!
Lunch/Tea/Snacks all included that will be vegetarian if not 100% vegan based.
This is a day for us to gather and learn from one another and shine that light that yoga has brought into all of our lives!

A gathering for togetherness with our blessed community of yoga teachers to share, support, and further our learning of the human body, yoga and more!

Warm the body (and mind!) up with a special somatic vinyasa flow led by Catrina & Stacey.
Anatomy movement workshop with Dr. Hannah Hayes, Physical Therapist and also ERYT200.
The Art of Yoga Assists led by Karen Kenney will empower you to learn the how, when and why we assist our students.

Jillian Moulton, CYT200 (owner of lakelifeyoga) and marketing expert will be sharing targeted and proven marketing strategies specifically for the yoga teacher and/or yoga studio owner.
• nurture voice •
Learn how to harness the power of YOUR voice with singer/songwriter Alicia Mathewson through music and mantra.
